Also mis-quoted brake pad wear and the price given for rear bushes was rediculous! Will definitely avoid next time
- Joe Keane Review added: 2018.02.08★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had my e39 530i in last summer for an oil leak diagnosis, they had the car all week and did a fantastic job on the repair which turned out to be the common faults I had expected it to be. All throughout the week they phoned me and explained everything prior to the work including prices so they knew I was happy to proceed. Very good customer service and lovely women to speak to over the phone, I definitely recommend if you require knowledgeable work to be carried out on your car. One slight suggestion to Brystone - as my bill was very steep - it would have been a nice touch if they had at the very least just washed the outside of my car or got a mobile valeter to come and sproose it up as a main dealer would do this, especially as I gave them a good few weeks wages but other than that brilliant service experienced!
