The next day didn't come and I didn't present my gift on time. It appears they have the dimmed * with (before 3 p.m.) which I didn't see before. Otherwise I wouldn't pay £8 for the delivery of £5 gift.
The customer services manager, Nicola Rowlands, was rude. Instead of explaining they delivery policies, she yelled CAPS at me. Very unprofessional for a person who works with people.
